Pathway is a discipleship factory, inviting Christian’s across campus to go from eating spiritual milk to spiritual meat. The mark of this is by beginning to disciple others! We want to make this happen, whether they need a set of freshmen in the fall to disciple through Pathway, or they just want to go through our training to be prepared to disciple their own. The content and intentionality in the spring should be so drawing that it encourages not just Pathway leaders to disciple, but creates a culture of discipleship across campus. The culture and strategy of discipleship can be created through the Pathway training in the Spring. 

Pathway in the fall helps freshmen transition well into college by learning how to turn their parent’s faith into their own. They will be discipled by an upperclassmen along with 4 others for at least 4 weeks, and will be encouraged to join a long-term community throughout it all.
